Tackling homelessness is a key priority in Cartrefi Conwy’s new five-year strategic plan which was produced with the input of tenants, staff, board members and partner organisations, including Conwy County Borough Council. The council have completed eight one-bedroom eco homes in Old Colwyn, Conwy, with the timber frames being manufactured off-site.
