Cubed Homes are currently onsite on their second development using the Beattie Passive Build System. This development consists of three detached three bedroom properties and six detached four bedroom properties.
We have completed the technical design, this includes a 3D digital twin, manufacturing drawings, structural calculations, PHPP, overheating assessment and draft SAP. Cubed Homes have began to pour the foundations and will be installing the Structural Thermal Envelope in the coming weeks. Check back in to see the progress on this scheme over the coming months!
