We have completed the technical design, this includes a 3D digital twin, manufacturing drawings, structural calculations, PHPP, overheating assessment and draft SAP.

Below, you can see the digital twin models we’ve created in REVIT. These are an essential tool for both the design and construction phases, ensuring the success of the project every step of the way.

Cubed Homes have began onsite with foundations poured and the first Structural Thermal Envelope’s are underway. Check back in to see the progress on this scheme over the coming months!
