OUR DELIVERY PROCESS
How We Work With You
Our delivery is structured across two clear stages, from technical design through to verified completion on site.
STAGE A
Technical Passivhaus Design
Working collaboratively with you and your architect, we translate your architectural drawings into the complete technical design package for the Structural Thermal Envelope. We produce everything required for manufacture, sign-off, and Passivhaus certification (if required) – covering structure, energy, airtightness, and independent verification.

What we provide:
STAGE B
Offsite Manufacture & Site Erection
The Structural Thermal Envelope is manufactured in offsite facilities using the technical package produced in Stage A. Working in a controlled factory environment means higher quality, greater consistency, and a significantly faster programme on site. Once delivered, our team erects the structure efficiently – allowing your wider programme to proceed without delay

ALSO AVAILABLE
Early-Stage Support
Before committing to Stage A design, we offer two specialist services to help you explore and define your project.
Passivhaus Feasibility Study
Our feasibility study gives you a clear picture of the viability of incorporating Passivhaus principles into your project – whether new build or retrofit. We assess the relevant factors against Passivhaus and EnerPHit standards and provide you with actionable insight before design begins.
Architectural Design
Our team can provide architectural design services grounded in Passivhaus principles from the outset. Working alongside you from early concept, we ensure the scheme is designed for performance – making Stage A technical design a seamless next step.
WHY OFFSITE
Built in a factory. Verified on site.
The Passivhaus standard demands a level of precision that is difficult to achieve consistently through traditional building.
Offsite Manufacture
Every component of the Structural Thermal Envelope is produced in factory conditions against the technical drawings from Stage A. Controlled conditions mean consistent quality, accurate tolerances, and no weather delays – the structure arrives on site ready to erect.
Independent Verification
Once the structure is fully erected, independent testing specialists conduct air, thermal, and structural assessments. This confirms the building performs as designed and provides the evidence base for Passivhaus certification.
