10 three-bedroom homes at 96m² each and 4 four-bedroom homes at 140m² each in Glanrafon, North Wales.
On behalf of Cartrefi Conwy, Creating Enterprise built 14 three & four bed family homes.
Over the last couple of years Cartrefi Conwy have been looking at Glanrafon from a long term financial view and listening to the views of tenants that live there. So using their housing expertise they did some research to find out what type of housing was needed for Glanrafon.
This helped Cartrefi Conwy reach a decision, with tenants to:
Demolish the main block of maisonettes.
Keep the other five blocks of flats.
The homes will be built with:

- low running costs
- a healthy, comfortable living environment
- superior levels of sound and fire protection
